ZigRail management dashboard gives management a comprehensive view of their railway operations. It includes a map view of train locations and their status, track conditions and abnormalities, analytical reports based on big data collected from your operations.

ZigRail utilizes HDPS which can be connected to multiple types of sensors and it can dynamically modify which sensors should have a greater contributions to determining the location of an asset. For example, if the GPS signal is weak after entering the tunnel, the algorithm will automatically increase the weight ratio of the internal monitoring units in the determination of the positioning.

Inertial measurement unit, referred to as IMU, has a built-in gyroscope and accelerometer, and can detect the direction, moving distance, acceleration, rotation, vibration, tilt and other information. Currently we use ten-axis IMU.

Sensor Fusion is performed within the HDPS unit. 

HDPS only performs a monitoring and data analysis function, it does not perform any train control functions. 

HDPS can be utilized in any vehicle that requires precise positioning information. 

HDPS is a positioning solution, however it can be used to create customized solutions with different sensing components, such as track inspection (camera), underground section management (thermal imager), and automatic emergency report (power supply) to name a few.
